Role:

•    Act as a bridge between Business and Information Technology Department.
•    Review business requirements from both business and technology perspective.
•    Generates an accountability matrix for Department Heads’ reviewing.
•    Ensuring the new technologies are well adopted both on IT and business management level.
•    Ensures the IT tasks are implemented and executed to optimal levels through constant monitoring and if need be mentoring.
